Corser Concepts Motorcycle Schools include the following:

Terms & Conditions for School Courses:

1. All rider required to have a MA Day/Recreational license as a minimum
2. All riders must be over the age of 18 or have a legal guardian to sign the waiver on their behalf.
3. All riders are to wear correct Safety Gear when riding motorcycles.
4. All riders to ride within their own riding limits.
5. All riders accept the dangers and risks associated with riding motorcycles.
6. Corser Concepts cannot be held liable for any injuries or losses that may occur during any portion of the school.
7. Corser Concepts cannot be held liable for any guest’s health or injuries sustained during the school.
8. Corser Concepts cannot be held liable for any loss or damages to Bikes or Equipment during the course.
9. All riders ride at their own risk.
10. Corser Concepts reserves the Right to change,alter or cancell any or all portions of the schools itinerary or dates at any time for the safe operation of the course.
11. In the event of rain Corser Concepts reserves the right to modify/alter or cancel the event. Note: If more then 50% of day has run, no alternate date will be given. If less then 50% completed, then Corser Concepts reserves the right to transfer course to an alternate date.No money refund will be given.
12. Enrollment is subject to space availability.
13. Corser Concepts reserves the right to terminate a student’s course if any doubt to self and others health and well being is an issue. (no refund will be given)
14. Cancellation, transfer and substitution policy - By submitting your application either by e-mail, fax, postal service or by phone, you are agreeing to all the contents of Corser Concepts Motorcycle School policies for cancellations, transfers or substitutions. We require a written notification by e-mail, fax or postal service 14 business days (Monday-Friday) prior to your Corser Concepts booking date for any cancellations.
15. Booking deposit fee to be 100% of the total full price of course and is too paid no less than 21 days before the intended course date.
16. All booking deposits/payments to be paid via our Secured PAYPAL account unless instructed otherwise.
17. Failure to notify us in writing of any cancellations will result in fees as follows:
18. Cancellations made between 8- 14 days before intended scheduled course will be subject to a cancellation fee of $80.
19. Cancellations made between 1- 7 business days will result in a cancellation fee of $150.
20. Cancellations on the day will result in the loss of 100% the entire course fee.
21. If a refund is applicable, one of the following methods will be used: Money order, cheque, Direct deposit into a nominated account. There will be a $50 processing fee per date for any transfers done after the 14 business day deadline. There will also be a $50 substitution fee per student for any substitutions made after the 14 business day deadline. Should you not appear on your scheduled camp date, you will forfeit all monies paid.
